(I) HEALTHCARE FOR TALENTS

1. High-level talents in the city can have first-, second- or third-level healthcare during their employment. Talents who are not willing to join the scheme are entitled to support when buying commercial medical insurance.

2. Special outpatient departments in the city's first-class hospitals offer appointment service and English service to foreign talents. Eligible hospitals and medical centers are in the international health insurance direct payment system.

(II) EDUCATION FOR TALENTS’ OFFSPRING

1. Children of outstanding talents, national-level leading talents and of Class-A high-level overseas talents can apply for studying in primary and middle schools in the city without restrictions.

2. Children of other high-level talents can apply for studying in primary and middle schools within their neighborhoods.

3. Talents' contributions to society can help their children earn credits for public school application.

4. Children of high-level talents without Shenzhen hukou and of foreign and Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan investors who make outstanding contributions to the city's economic and social development can receive the same treatment as Shenzhen students.

(III) SPOUSE EMPLOYMENT FOR TALENTS

1. Spouses of high-level talents can be recommended for employment in related government departments, public institutions or enterprises according to related rules.

2. Companies that offer three-year contracted employment for spouses of high-level talents can get a one-year monthly 2,000-yuan subsidy per employee.
