(I) PERMANENT RESIDENCY FOR TALENTS

1. Direct application: High-level professionals, "Peacock Plan" talents and eligible talents who hold valid overseas study certificates can apply for permanent residency in the city directly.

2. Application with credits: Talents with 100-point credits can apply for permanent residency according to the credit rules issued by the city government.

3. College or university graduates can apply for temporary residency permit and applicants with age eligibility can apply for permanent residency directly.

4. Highly skilled professionals or talents who can contribute to the city's industrial development can apply for permanent residency or temporary residency permit directly.

(II) CONVENIENT EXIT AND ENTRY

1. Foreign experts who stay in Shenzhen for no more than 90 days are exempt from obtaining a work permit. Experts with an invitation letter issued by the city's foreign expert administration department can apply for multi-entry F visa.

2. Foreign talents holding a work permit can directly apply for the five-year work visa after entry.

3. Recognized high-level foreign talents who enter China holding other types of visas can apply for the talent visa (R) after entry or apply for work residency permit.
