The robot, named Xiao Bao, was introduced Monday to serve travelers at the airport. Xiao Bao will remind travelers to board a plane in time by sending out an alert, as well as leading travelers to luggage lockers at the airport. Sixteen such service robots were put into use at the airport. Shi Ping
