Volunteers present colorful balloon wind spinners they made. More than 50 volunteers in Longhua made some 10,000 wind chimes for a wind chime festival to be held at the Mission Hills Ecological Sports Park from Saturday to Jan. 22. Free tickets will be provided to residents including those from low-income families, unemployed and disabled people, sanitation workers and newcomers.
