The Awake Love Orchestra from Sweden will bring three nights of folk songs to the theater in MixC World.
Awake Love Orchestra
The orchestra has been entertaining international audiences since 2009. Formed by members of Awake Projects’ multi-talented ensemble, this unique fusion of folk, choral and popular music transports the listener from Scandinavia and the Mediterranean to Eastern Europe and America.
The theme is love and it is beautifully expressed through the group’s absolute joy for the music. The talent coming from this international ensemble is obvious as they use their voices, bodies and instruments to create sound in a wonderfully unique and connected way.
