A job fair for returning students who studied abroad will be held between April 24 and 25 at Hall 4 of the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District, the organizer of the Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (CIEP) said last week.

As a main event for the 2021 CIEP, the job fair will attract 150 enterprises that will offer 3,000 positions for jobseekers. The participating businesses include Tencent, Foxconn, Decathlon, PwC, TCL, Ping An Bank, Basis and RELX. They cover the industries like IT, biopharmacy, education and consultation, finance, high-end service and trade.

CIEP is China’s largest and highest-level gathering of national and international talents.

The 2021 conference will be in both online and offline forms. The offline event will take place in the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center and cover 75,000 square meters. It will feature an opening ceremony, forums, exhibitions, negotiations and job fairs. The online section will include virtual exhibitions, project matchmakings and online job fairs.

During this year’s conference, two other job fairs, designed for expatriates and high-end professionals, will be held.

For Shenzhen Forum, the highlight of the conference will be the top scientists, representatives of well-known enterprises and the Guest of Honor country the organizers invited to share insights on multilateral technological cooperation based on mutual benefits and win-win strategies.

The event organizer will also invite talents from higher learning institutions, research institutes, professional organizations and enterprises at home and abroad, especially talents and organizations from countries and regions under the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership and along the Belt and Road, to bring their projects, technologies and products to the conference.
