The 2021 Shenzhen Smart Home & Building Construction Fair (CBD Fair Shenzhen) will be staged in the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center in Bao’an District from July 3 to 5, according to a press conference held yesterday.
The fair will focus on the two major industries of intelligent building and fine decoration, and provide a precise and professional platform for real estate engineering exhibitions, exchange and cooperation for developers and suppliers through a series of special activities.
CBD Fair Shenzhen will set up three halls, Hall 4, 6 and 8, in the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center. Hall 4 will focus on prefabricated buildings and Hall 8 will feature the real estate supply chain and interior decoration system.
In particular, Hall 6 will present the Big 5 Construct China exhibition, which will be jointly launched by the organizers of the fair and the Big 5. The Big 5 is the largest and most influential building and construction exhibition in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia.
It is expected that the exhibition will draw a large number of international exhibitors and overseas visitors and expand the industrial chain of building materials, construction products and solutions, said the organizers.
CBD Fair Shenzhen will also closely cooperate with China (Guangzhou) International Building Decoration Fair, known as CBD Fair Guangzhou, to share resources and carry out publicity and promotional events worldwide.
According to statistics, the number of visitors in the field of public building decoration that visit the CBD Fair Guangzhou has been increasing for three consecutive years and exceeded 100,000 in 2020.
