Bijia Mountain Park
Located on the north side of Futian District, the park is home to fantastic mountain peaks, among which the three main peaks stand from east to west, resembling a penholder, hence the name of the park in Chinese.
Bijia Mountain Park covers 146 hectares and has more than 10 small hills. The main peak is about 178 meters high.
Green landscapes are important features of the park, which is home to a variety of animals and plants and is a great place for citizens to escape from busy work.
Two artificial lakes and a grass course are built in the park, which also has public fishing and barbecue facilities. A wide selection of outdoor events are held in the park on a regular basis.
Even in winter, the park is embraced by warm sunshine, making it a nice place not only for hiking but for picnics with your family and friends. After dinner, you can take a walk around the mountain and appreciate the beautiful night views of Shenzhen Bay, Shekou and the city skyline.
