Shenzhen National Cartoon & Animation Industry Base, located on Yijing Road, Luohu District, was established in May 2006. Sixty-eight companies, including 12 recognized by the Ministry of Culture as national-level, are based here. The base has produced nearly 100,000 minutes of animation works.
