Shenzhen Dapeng Peninsula National Geological Park Museum

Shenzhen Dapeng Peninsula National Geological Park Museum opened on December 26, 2013. It is an important window for the park to carry out geological science popularization, filling the gap in the categories of Shenzhen museums. Inspired by lava formed by volcanic eruptions, its architectural design is integrated with the natural environment and has won 8 Chinese and international design awards. The museum has 6 exhibition halls, including the Prologue Hall, the Earth Exploration Hall, the Dapeng Peninsula Hall, the Minerals Hall, the City and Geological Environment Hall, and the Temporary Exhibition Hall, which vividly and intuitively display the evolution of the earth, the formation of the ocean, the charm of mineral crystals and the geological disasters of coastal cities through multimedia, phantom imaging, landscape restoration and other display forms.
