Shenzhen Concert Hall

Shenzhen Concert Hall is a landmark among the cultural facilities of Shenzhen. Located in the central area of Futian District, it covers an area of 26,345 m2 and a construction area of 41,423 m2. The hall is designed by Arata Isozaki, a famous Japanese architecture master, who enjoys a reputation in the international architectural field. It consists of Symphony Hall, Theater Studio and other supporting facilities. The Symphony Hall with 1,680 seats is a pure natural acoustic hall which possesses the only gigantic pipe organ in Shenzhen. Shenzhen Concert Hall provides a professional space for reception of performances and events of international large symphony orchestra in line with international standards. It has been consecutively honored as "National Civilized Unit" (for four consecutive terms), "China Performance Industry Credit Management Unit," "Civilized Window in Guangdong Province," "Integrity Model Unit in Guangdong Province," "The Most Influential Unit in Guangdong Province" and "Civilized Unit in Shenzhen" by various governments at different levels.
