Bay Opera of Shenzhen is invested and built by OCT Group and officially opened in September 2021. Its operation team is jointly established by CPAA Theaters, a subsidiary of CAEG, which is under Bauhinia Culture Group, a large and comprehensive central cultural enterprise, and Shenzhen OCT Binhai Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shenzhen OCT Western Investment Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of OCT Group. It covers an area of 20,660 m², with a total construction area of 39,577 m². As an international, innovative and professional comprehensive performing arts hall in the Greater Bay Area, it is the only performing arts venue in Shenzhen that can meet the requirements of international large-scale opera performances and has the highest standards of comprehensive facilities and equipment.
