Just don’t expect short queues at dinner time.

1001 Restaurant 1001西域餐厅

When the number 1001 is mentioned, people often think of the famous collection of Middle Eastern folk tales "One Thousand and One Nights." This popular restaurant, which offers fashionable West China cuisine, as well as singing and dancing performances, has gathered rich local elements to approximate the atmosphere of the eponymous tales after which it is named.

The interior decoralso evokes the style of Loulan, an ancient city in Xinjiang in Western China. Every night during peak hours there is a special performance of Xinjiang dancing by professional artists. Diners who are interested can also get up and dance with them, to truly feel the passion of Xinjiang traditions.

More than 80% of the restaurant's ingredients come from Xinjiang. Red willow skewers, large plate of chicken, and hand pilaf are must-order dishes.
