Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Shenzhen Center

The Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Shenzhen Center is a municipal–level public hospital. The project was approved by the former National Health and Family Planning Commission on Nov. 30, 2016. On March 18, 2017, the Shenzhen Public Hospital Management Center and the Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences signed a cooperation agreement for the construction of this Shenzhen hospital.

Located on No. 113 Baohe Road, Longgang District, the hospital started operation March 18, 2017, with a floor area of 141,288 square meters on 96,403 square meters of land. It currently has 880 beds and an additional 1,420 beds will be added upon the completion of the second phase project scheduled for 2024. According to the operation and management mode of "one hospital and two districts," the hospital will share high-quality medical resources between the Beijing and Shenzhen hospitals.
