Shenzhen Luohu People's Hospital 

Founded in April 1957, Shenzhen Luohu People's Hospital is located in downtown Luohu District. Formerly known as "Shenzhen Commune Health Center," it is an AAA-rated hospital after more than 60 years of growth, integrating medical treatment, teaching, research, prevention, health care and rehabilitation. In March 2017, the hospital became the Third Hospital Affiliated to Shenzhen University. It was upgraded to a top-rated hospital the same year. In March 2019, it became a training base for midwifery nurses in Guangdong Province, and in September 2019, it was designated a training base for Guangdong's urology nurses. In 2020 it passed the certification as a national community-level chest pain center and the certification as a national resident standardized training base (general practice).

Luohu Hospital of TCM 

Luohu Hospital of TCM (also known as the Shenzhen Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) is a comprehensive AAA-rated Chinese medicine hospital. Luohu District invested about 1.2 billion yuan in the construction of the hospital's Liantang Branch, which is one of the key livelihood projects of Luohu District. The hospital, with a construction area of more than 70,000 square meters and a total of 738 beds, is located at the foot of Wutong Mountain and officially opened Dec. 27, 2018. It has 30 clinical departments and eight medical and technical departments, including internal medicine, dermatology, OB/GYN, pediatrics, orthopedics and rehabilitation.

Luohu District Maternity & Child Healthcare Hospital

Established in 1986, the Luohu District Maternity & Child Healthcare Hospital is a specialized medical institution for women and children. This "children first, mothers safe" hospital integrates medical treatment, health care services, research and teaching.

Luohu Center for Chronic Disease Control

Established in January 1999, the Luohu Center for Chronic Disease Control is a public health institution for the prevention, control and management of chronic diseases and mental illnesses in Luohu District. It also provides guidance, training, supervision and quality assessment for medical and health institutions and social rehabilitation centers in the district.
