According to the Shenzhen Employment and Entrepreneurship Allowance Application List issued by the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Shenzhen provides a 3,000-yuan grassroots employment subsidy as a lump sum for college graduates who work in small, medium-sized and micro enterprises,as weel as some other entities. Outsourced employees can also apply as long as they meet all of the requirements.

Key requirements:

1. College graduates who work in small and medium-sized enterprises, self-employed businesses, social organizations, and similar entities, or in social management and public service posts in subdistricts and communities, and who have signed labor contracts for more than one year. At the time of their employment, they they must graduated from college within the past two years.

2. Graduates must have paid social insurance premiums for more than six months at the same company/entity.

3. If the subsidy recipient is an outsourced employee, the social security paying entity and the company or entity where he or she works must meet the grassroots employment conditions at that time.

Policy benefits:

A one-time subsidy of 3,000 yuan per person will be granted.
