OCT Harbor

This was first designed based on the idea of "returning the ocean to Shenzhen,” drawing on innovative engineering to divert blue and pure seawater into the center of the city to form a seawater lake spanning 700,000 square meters. This, combined with the OCT Wetland and coconut trees and beaches, forms a natural landscape with coastal features.

A 300,000-square-meter themed commercial complex is built around the lake, including landmark buildings such as Carnival Square and the Creative Exhibition Center, commercial streets like O'PLAZA and Meandering Creek, and play spaces such as the Water Show Theater and the Dream Aquarium. Due to their environmentally friendly architectural design, the commercial streets, theme parks, cultural experiences and ecological wetland are well-integrated to create a natural and humanistic experience amid a multi-dimensional living experience field. Complemented by ubiquitous art and a strong cultural ambiance, OCT Harbor truly conveys the concept of "living like an artist" to visitors and shoppers.
