Futian Sports Park

The constant-temperature natatorium in Futian Sports Park is a standard 50-meter-long pool with 10 lanes with a depth of 1.4 meters on its shallow end and 2 meters on the deep end. Complementing the standard natatorium is a children’s natatorium with a depth of 0.4 meters on one end and 0.8 meters on the other.

The Lianhua Sports Center natatorium hosts a constant-temperature pool with eight lanes. Its depth measures 1.4 meters on one side and 1.8 meters on the other.

The swimming and diving hall in Shenzhen Sports Center has four pools including two outdoor and two indoor pools.

Baishaling Culture Center

Baishaling Culture Center’s two outdoor swimming pools include one for adults and one for children.

Luohu Stadium

Luohu Stadium comprises a constant-temperature indoor pool, an outdoor pool plus a mini outdoor pool. In the middle of the 1-meter-deep mini pool is a colorful slide that no kid can resist. In addition to locker rooms and hot showers, hairdryers are also provided.

With a construction area of 19,730 square meters, the swimming hall in Shenzhen Bay Sports Center is one of the largest of its kind in Shenzhen. Inside the swimming hall is a 50 by 25 meter standard competition pool and a 25 by 25 meter training pool.

The Bao’an Swimming Hall has a 10-lane, 50-meter-long standard pool, a 4-lane, 50-meter-long training pool, as well as three smaller pools for kids. The outdoor kiddie pools come with slides and are quite popular among kids.

The outdoor swimming pool in the Xixiang Sports Center is divided into a section for the general public with a depth of 1.5 meters, and a section for professionals with a depth of 2 meters. Entry is free but reservations are required. Swimmers can book for entry for one of the three time slots of 2-4 p.m., 4-6 p.m. and 6-8:45 p.m. through the official WeChat account “宝安文体通.”

Shenzhen Universiade Center

The venue for swimming competitions of the 2011 Shenzhen Universiade, the swimming hall in the Shenzhen Universiade Center meets international standards. Swimming in the hall is free but reservations are needed. Swimmers can book for entry for one of the four time slots of 7-8:45 a.m., 3-4:45 p.m., 5-6:45 p.m. and 7-8:45 p.m. one day in advance via the official WeChat account “龙岗文体通”.
