The “30th Anniversary of Shenzhen-Poznań Sister Cities Exhibition of Poster Design” is an extraordinary display of distinct visual aesthetics and cultural expression from Shenzhen and Poznań. Polish poster design has a long-standing tradition, with the International Poster Biennale in Warsaw being one of the world’s most prestigious poster exhibitions. Shenzhen, as a rapidly growing city and a major hub of innovation and technology, has fostered a thriving design community that similarly pushes the boundaries of visual expression. Graphic design in Shenzhen, particularly in the realm of poster design, showcases a vibrant and dynamic creative scene.

At the exhibition, works by Agata Kulczyk, Grzegorz Myćka, Marcin Markowski, Piotr Marzol and Wojciech Janicki from Poznań and Du Fengsong, Huang Yang, Liao Bofeng, Wang Yuefei and 1983ASIA from Shenzhen appear side by side to trigger dialogues and mutual inspiration between designers with their respective cultural backgrounds.
