Curated by Miao Zijin, the exhibition features artist Lin Aojie’s eight artworks that encompass various forms such as drawing with a computer mouse, visuals and text. The exhibition presents what the artist and the curator faced during their years of studying and entering the art industry, exploring the relationship between art and education.

Born in Guangzhou in 1986, Lin graduated from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts’ Oil Painting Department. Presented through video, photography, painting, text, etc., Lin’s artistic practice departs from his personal experiences. He has a keen and delicate record of the trivial details of daily life or deliberately planned events with strongly improvisatory and humorous images.

Miao is an independent curator. She received her BA in Creative Advertising Strategy from the London College of Communication, University of the Arts London, and later received her MFA in Curating from Goldsmiths, University of London. Miao has worked at the LEAP magazine and Taikang Space.

Whether you are an art enthusiast or someone passionate about education, this exhibition promises an unforgettable visual experience and intellectual stimulation.
