People at Work

This series focuses on people from different walks of life doing their job. These photographs take you from art studios to the top of a construction site, and as the environments change, so do the perspectives. 为了向各行各业的劳动者致敬，我前往深圳各地采风，拍下了他们在工作中的照片。无论是在油画村里潜心创作的艺术家，还是在吊塔上辛勤劳作的建筑工人，无论环境如何，天气如何，视角如何，他们都是这座城市里美好的风景线。

Crane trio 空中的合作

We are used to seeing cranes rising into the clouds, but we never actually see what’s happening there at the top. This photograph makes you almost feel like you’ve been there. 建筑工地上的吊塔大家司空见惯，但是在上面工作的感受不一定所有人都能体验。今年春天，我来到红荔路旁的一处建筑工地，从俯视的角度拍摄了在吊塔上劳作的三位工人，看着它，是否也会有身临其境的感觉？

Sparks fly 火花的飞溅

A welder is accustomed to fountains of hot sparks flying around as he fastens metal bars underneath a walkbridge. Another day at the office for him, a spectacular scene for us. 今年8月，罗湖万象城旁，一位电焊工人正在固定天桥底部的金属条。虽说在飞溅的火花中作业是他每天都经历的日常，但对于像我一样的普通人却是不多见的场景。

Little swans 舞者的功课

Olimpia is an expat teacher at Shenzhen's Sufei ballet academy. She graduated the prestigious Bolshoy ballet academy, performed at Mikhailivsky theatre and Staatsballet Berlin, and now she passes her skills on to a younger generation. Her job can be very tiring, but with these young girls looking up to her, she always keeps her composure, gracefulness, soft voice and a warm smile. Olimpia毕业于闻名遐迩的莫斯科波修瓦芭蕾学院，曾是俄罗斯米哈伊洛夫斯基剧院及德国国家芭蕾舞团的舞者，目前在深圳宝安区的一家芭蕾学校担任外教，把她的经验、技术和知识传授给未来的芭蕾舞者。虽然舞蹈老师的工作并不容易，但看着孩子们憧憬的面庞，Olimpia觉得一切都值得。9月10日，我有幸拍摄了她的一节芭蕾课，用手中的镜头记录下了她身形挺拔、举止优雅、言笑晏晏地指导孩子们跳舞的模样。

In a gigantic maze of steel and concrete, two tiny figures remind us whose hands built it all. 不要忘记，再庞大的水泥森林都市迷宫，也是人们用双手一砖一瓦地搭建起来的。

Painters village 画家的工作

In her little studio at Dafen oil painting village, Jessie tries to arrange her tools, paints and artworks neatly, but the place looks as messy as any busy workplace. She likes to create in a variety of styles, and her studio is bursting with vibrant colors. 朋友Jessie在大芬油画村开了一家小画室，虽然她努力把作画的工具颜料和自己的作品分门别类，摆放整齐，但是一忙起来就什么都顾不上了。从这张照片里，你可以看到小小的画室里挂满了风格各异的画作，入眼之处，色彩缤纷。摄于今年9月6日。

Twenty-eight men joined forces to install a huge sheet of glass into a luxury store's window at Mix City, Luohu. 罗湖万象城精品店的橱窗玻璃是那么的巨大，要28位工人合力才能把它装好。摄于今年8月。

Resilience 雨中的坚持

Seeing this man riding waist deep in rainwater, we can't resist the feelings of compassion and gratitude for his labor. 9月8日晚，罗湖桂园路，一位外卖员冒着暴雨，在半人深的积水中艰难地开着电动车送外卖。他的敬业精神让我肃然起敬，于是便为他拍下了这副照片。
