This cobra was found in the mountains of Bao’an on an evening hike. Shot on July 7.

在宝安山中夜拍的时候，我发现了这条眼镜蛇。摄于7月7日。

I am the King 蟾大王

This toad was also found in the mountains of Bao’an during an evening hike with two other friends. The positioning and leaves covering its face made it an interesting subject. Shot in August 2022.

这只蟾蜍也是在宝安山中探索的时候和朋友一起发现的。它攀附在树枝上，头上缀着几片树叶，模样神气极了。摄于去年8月。

I am not Angry 我很凶，但是我很温柔

This is a mock viper found on Meilin Mountain in Futian District. Although these snakes look angry, they are actually mild-mannered and rarely bite. Shot on July 22, 2022.

梅林山中的紫沙蛇。虽然长相凶狠，实际上是一种性情温驯、很少主动攻击人类的动物。摄于去年7月22日。

This tree frog was found in Bijia HillPark. Shot on Nov. 1, 2022.

Leaf Party 虫虫特工队

These insects were gathered together on a single leaf. Although they are different species, they did not seem to mind each other. The larger insect has a beautiful coloring. Shot on June 3.

小小的一片叶子上聚集了好几种昆虫，和平共处，相安无事。最大的那只的外表十分美丽。摄于6月3日。

Let’s Play 最佳模特

This viper was found on Meilin Mountain in Futian District and it was the largest viper I have ever seen.This beautiful snake was calm and cool and allowed me to shoot it. Shot on Aug. 5.

这只生活在梅林山中的白唇竹叶青是我见过的最大的个体。它一动不动，在我的镜头前大大方方地展示自己。摄于8月5日。

Looking at you 看见你了

This viper was found in Bijia HillPark. It kept its eyes on me out of curiosity. Shot on July 30.

这只生活在笔架山公园的白唇竹叶青紧紧盯着我，对我的一举一动十分好奇。摄于7月30日。

Tastes Good 寻找宵夜

This many banded krait was found on MeilinMountain Park along the path I was walking. They constantly sticked their tongues out to taste and feel the air around them. Shot on Aug. 5.

在梅林山公园的步道旁发现这条银环蛇的时候，它正吐着信子，观察着周围的情况。摄于8月5日。

The Bubble 雨滴

It was a beautiful evening walking in Meilin Mountain Park. This mock viper was spotted just as it started to rain. In this photo you can see a small raindrop on the snake's head. Shot on Aug. 5.

这张照片摄于一次收获颇丰的梅林山夜观。发现这只紫沙蛇的时候，天空中刚好下起了雨，我眼疾手快地捕捉到了雨滴落在小蛇头上的那一瞬间。摄于8月5日。

The Red Rock 蟹将军

When hiking the jungle, it is not usually expected to find crabs, but here in Shenzhen, we have this species of fresh water crab that are found in the small creeks and waters in the forest. This was found in Bijia HillPark. Shot on May 31.

在山中夜观的时候，通常很难见到螃蟹。但在深圳，有一种本土淡水蟹常见于山间溪流和林中水体附近，比如笔架山。摄于5月31日。
