Those who haven’t checked out Florentijn Hofman’s giant inflatable rubber duck floating in Shenzhen Bay should hurry, as the duck will be exhibited for less than two weeks, through Jan. 20.

The duck is part of the 2023 Shenzhen Bay Public Art Season themed “Symbiosis.” Other exhibits of the public art season are on display at Shenzhen Talent Park through March 20. Featured artists include German artist Arnd Christian Müller, and Chinese artists Chen Wenling, Chen Zhiguang, Dai Yun, Deng Xiao, Fu Zhongwang and Li Xiangqun among others.

Shenzhen Talent Park is a seaside park and leisure area, featuring the sea, grasslands, trees and a waterfront promenade. These public art pieces showcase the imagination and creativity of the artists, triggering a dialogue between the public and art.
