Jake Stirling wins Top 100 Club Invitation Tournament

Australian golf teacher Jake Stirling won the inaugural Top 100 Club Invitation Tournament on Monday, which was held simultaneously in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, and Haikou, Hainan Province.

Nearly 50 golf teachers and players participated in the tournament. Yang Junjie and Jian Chuanlin won the second and third places respectively.

Before the tournament, organizers released Top 100 Golf Teachers in China at Mission Hills Haikou. Tang Jinchang was inducted into the Chinese Golf Hall of Fame, a prestigious award recognizing his excellence in coaching.

Meanwhile, Sun Xiuhua and Zhang Xiongwu were named as outstanding coaches. The event was jointly organized by Mission Hills Group and Golf magazine.

Tenniel Chu, vice chairman of Mission Hills Group, said the tournament is a positive attempt to better integrate the industry’s teaching forces and promote the rapid development of youth golf. (Shenzhen Daily)
