Diplomats marvel at SZ's meteoric development

A foreign delegation of nearly 40 diplomats representing some 30 countries started a two-day visit to Shenzhen on Jan. 18, the last stop of their five-day tour of Guangdong Province.

Before arriving in Shenzhen, the delegation had concluded visits to Guangzhou and Foshan.

Their Shenzhen itinerary included visits to the Qianhai Exhibition Hall, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub, Qianhai International Talent Hub, and the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base.

Diplomats watch models showcase Cantonese gambiered gauze clothing, an intangible cultural heritage, designed by the Shenzhen brand JANCHO during a fashion show atop a skyscraper, the Shenzhen Bay Intelligence Center, in the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base in Nanshan District. 

The diplomats observe a range of products, including jewelry, action cameras, accessories, clothing, and VR, provided by Shenzhen-based companies at the Shenzhen Bay Intelligence Center.
