Futian offers business associations incentives to help lure investment

Futian District is handing out out cash incentive to business associations in the district to help lure investment, according to a latest government guideline.

Business associations are offered up to 5 million yuan (US$696,000) in cash reward if they can help attract investment projects or firms to settle in Futian.

Futian is home to 335 business associations, accounting for 40% of Shenzhen's total, and there associations have been active in helping drive the district's economic growth.

For many years, Futian has upgraded and improved policies to support the development of the district's business associations, doling out a total of 100 million yuan to 668 projects from 171 business associations.
