The 11th China (Shenzhen) International Pet Supplies Exhibition is being held at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center in Futian District. More than 1,000 exhibitors with more than 9,000 brands of pet food, supplies, toys and costumes are awaiting you and your pets.

A night of classical music
Indulge yourself in the melodies of some of the world's most widely known classic music pieces by composers including Beethoven, Mozart, Tchaikovsky, and Brahams, presented by a chamber orchestra comprised of young and talented musicians.

Animal-themed concert
Throughout history, animals have been the inspiration of many composers for some of their most famous works. In this concert, the Unicorn Chamber Orchestra will present 10 animal-inspired music pieces, which include Saint-Saens' "The Carnival of the Animals," Chopin's "Minute Waltz" (also known as "Waltz of the Little Dog"), and Rimsky-Korsakov's "The Flight of the Bumblebee."

OUR TANGO Orchestra
OUR TANGO Orchestra combines authentic Argentine tango style with elements in traditional Chinese music. Since its establishment in 2011, the orchestra has expanded its performing style from sole instrument performance to coordination of diverse art forms, including singing, dancing, and drama. This time, its talented performers will present a feast for ears through a program of 12 music pieces.

Piano trio concert
Enjoy a wonderful concert of piano, violin, and cello presented by experienced instrumentalists. They will bring various famous Chinese and foreign songs from films and dramas, such as"Playing Love" from"The Legend of 1900,""City of Stars" from "La La Land," and the theme of“The Butterfly Lovers,” one of the four renowned Chinese folktales about love.

Guzheng concert by Liu Ying
Liu Ying is an outstanding young guzheng (Chinese zither) player. A Chinese neo-traditional music concert themed “Four Seasons in Guzheng” presented by Liu Ying and other excellent guzheng performers will be on show this weekend. The concert, based on Chinese folk music, will integrate western music, percussions, and poetry reading to impress audiences.

Rock color painting workshop
Rock color painting is an art form which uses the natural color of minerals to create pictures. The Australian aboriginals painted in caves almost 20,000 years ago. As a traditional art form of the aboriginals, the paintings reflect the human connection with nature and god.
This workshop is themed on kangaroos and turtles endemic to Australia. Citizens will not only learn about the history and techniques of rock color painting, but also have the chance to experience “mini rock color painting” with natural rocks.

New media technology and art exhibition
“Unbounded: New Media Technology and Art Exhibition” showcases several interdisciplinary artworks created by Shen Shaomin, Fei Jun, Michael Whittle, Judith Dawer, Paul Shepherd and Picture Rhythm Studios. The theme “Unbounded” signifies a crossing of boundaries, exploring the relationship between the natural cosmos and the digital realm.

Gandhara art
Over 200 artifacts, including 173 from seven museums in Pakistan and 30 from the Palace Museum in Beijing, are on display at the“Gandhara Heritage Along the Silk Road: A Pakistan-China Joint Exhibition” at Shenzhen Museum’s History and Folk Culture Division.

Exhibition in Chinese garden style
Chinese contemporary artist Zinan Lam is presenting his works in a unique exhibition at OCT-LOFT. Lam is known for combining Eastern aesthetic with graffiti. Visitors can feel a strong atmosphere of nature when observing installations and paintings in the exhibition area.
