The Meisha Arts Center, located just beside the Dameisha beach, will not only provide visitors with enchanting sea views but also a string of cultural events. Some Chinese artists will conduct workshops where visitors can learn how to create anime works.

The term “Feinaki” is derived from “phenakistoscope,” an early animation device that used a spinning disk of sequential images and the persistence of vision principle to create an illusion of motion.

Most of the animated films will be shown with Chinese and English subtitles.
