A printmaking exhibition, curated by Zhao Jiachun, deputy director of China Printmaking Museum in Guanluan, Shenzhen, is currently on display at the Anhui Art Museum in Hefei City, East China’s Anhui Province.

Titled “Vision of Interaction — International Contemporary Printmaking Ecosystem,”the exhibition made its debut at the China Printmaking Museum last year before traveling to Anhui Art Museum by invitation.

The exhibition, featuring printmaking works from 82 artists across 38 countries and regions on six continents, offers a rich exploration of international printmaking while presenting Chinese and global art on an equal perspective. It has been made onto National Art Museum Young Curators Support Program.

"Most of these artworks are our museum's collections," Zhao introduced.

Highlighting the deep-rooted history of Huizhou-style printmaking, which holds a significant position in the global printmaking narrative, Zhao felt gratitude for the invitation made by the Anhui Art Museum. “Bringing this exhibition to their space is very meaningful. It could be an important step in fostering dialogue and collaboration between Anhui and international printmaking communities,”Zhao said.
