Luohu lures investment for four of its areas

Luohu District held an investment promotion conference for its four development areas yesterday at Yinhu International Convention Center, attracting over 180 entrepreneurs.

Covering a total of 133 hectares, including 126 hectares of land for investment, the four areas are the Sungang passenger car servicing depot area, Qingshuihe Headquarters New City Honggang International Innovation Square, the transit B1 land parcel located on the west side of the Luohu Checkpoint, and Dawutong's north side area.

The Sungang passenger car servicing depot area is located at the Sungang-Qingshuihe area. This area, covering a floor area of 59 hectares, is set to become a headquarters base for the modern fashion and commerce industry.

The Qingshuihe Headquarters New City is expected to become a conglomeration zone for enterprise headquarters in the digital economy sector.

The transit B1 land parcel will be built into a demonstration zone for Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation, with cross-border finance, international trade, and life and health as the main industrial directions.

Dawutong's north side area is poised to become a hub for the integrated development of the ecological economy in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This area can provide 21.1 hectares of land for investment.

Zuo Jinping, district mayor of the Luohu District People's Government, noted at the conference that Luohu, dominated by the service industry, can gather more upstream and downstream enterprises of the industrial chain through the development and construction of such areas with a certain prominent industry .

Chai Jiang, deputy director of the Cooperation and Development Department at China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group, expressed the company's interest in participating in Luohu's ecological civilization construction during the conference.
