New Nanshan cultural landmark sees progress in construction

The construction on Qianhai Museum, one of the city’s 10 new cultural facilities, has witnessed new progress, with the main body of the museum expected to be topped out on Oct. 30 this year.

The Qianhai Museum project is located at the intersection of Linhai Boulevard and Qianwan Fourth Road in Nanshan Subdistrict, Nanshan District, with a construction area of approximately 126,000 square meters.

The museum project includes permanent, special, and temporary exhibition halls, cultural relics collection halls, and supporting facilities. It aims to become a national, comprehensive, smart and internationalized museum in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
