Pingshan Urban Construction Investment Smart Park opens

The Pingshan Urban Construction Investment Smart Park, an industrial park positioned for advanced manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, integrated circuit, and new energy and intelligent connected vehicle industries, commenced operation April 26. 

Spanning an extensive area of 45,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 246,000 square meters, the park features high-rise vertical factories. Situated at the junction of Cuijing Road and Lanzhu East Road, it also includes commercial establishments, conference rooms, apartments, and various public amenities, offering a conducive environment for enterprises.

Leveraging Pingshan's strengths in the new-generation information and technology sector, the park has successfully attracted a diverse range of high-caliber firms in semiconductor technology, integrated circuits, and smart devices.

Through strategic partnerships with prestigious institutions such as the Beijing Institute of Technology's Shenzhen Automotive Research Institute, Shenzhen Technology University, Central South University, and other research entities, the park fosters collaboration among production, research, and academic endeavors, facilitating the accumulation of innovative resources.

The park has garnered acclaim from numerous organizations for its role as a nurturing ground for companies employing specialized cutting-edge technologies to create distinctive products. It also serves as a showcase for the operation of intelligent connected low-speed driverless vehicles and stands out as a pivotal industrial zone within Pingshan's new energy sector.

Over 10 companies have already relocated to the industrial park, collectively leasing a substantial area totaling 57,000 square meters.
