A total of five contracts related to Luohu District’s tourism and cultural development were signed Friday during the 20th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF).
According to the contracts, Luohu-based Shenzhen Hongbo Changrong Media Group, Guangdong International Auction Co. Ltd., and China Central Newsreel and Documentary Film Studio (Group) will collaborate to build a platform that showcases the unique charm of Chinese culture from a media perspective, promoting exchange and transactions between various urban cultural industries.

Additionally, the Wutong Mountain Boxin Yunshe Homestay Project, jointly signed by Shenzhen Boxin Yunshe Group Co. Ltd. and Shenzhen Yunqi Wonton Cultural Tourism Development Co. Ltd., will be located on the picturesque Wutong Mountain. This project aims to establish a high-end homestay cluster that provides guests with an accommodation experience that blends nature and culture. It will also establish a national homestay butler training base.
The signed projects also include an innovative and stimulating travel experience that will use low-altitude aviation vehicles for air-based tours of Luohu’s sights. This will not only offer tourists a unique perspective overlooking the beautiful scenery of Luohu, but will also further integrate the development of Luohu’s cultural, commercial, and tourism sectors with its low-altitude economy.
The singing of these projects marks a major breakthrough in Luohu’s efforts to attract investment in the cultural industry and serves as an “accelerator” for the transformation and upgrading of Luohu’s cultural and tourism industries.
