Located in Lixiang Park in Nanshan District, Nanshan Study•Hongyi Pavilion, which opened in May this year, is a beacon of warmth in the city’s growing array of public spaces, embodying the essence of community spirit.
The fifth addition to the Nanshan Study series, the spacious 650-square-meter Hongyi Pavilion is the second-largest in the collection, welcoming visitors with free book lending and study areas. Its interior features mirrored ceilings, creating a visually stunning and expansive environment that seems to go on forever, complemented by transparent glass facades that welcome abundant natural light and picturesque views of the park.
The multi-storey library and study space currently offers immersive reading zones, leisure areas, a family-friendly space and a lecture hall with 153 study seats across its floors. With a collection of 10,000 books divided into four themed areas, visitors are free to explore literary treasures in the tranquil surroundings of the park.
Nestled within the sprawling 230,000-square-meter Lixiang Park, adorned with more than 1,000 blossoming trees and expansive green lawns, the summer ambiance invites visitors to enjoy leisurely moments in the embrace of nature.
