The 2024 “Bay Voyage” Music Lifestyle Week has kicked off in Bao’an, marking a significant moment in the cultural calendar of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). The event, which runs from Monday to July 7, is designed to showcase the region’s vibrant musical talent and promote cultural exchange.
In addition to music, Sunday’s opening event featured interactive performances such as acrobatics, puppet shows, magic acts, and a variety of market stalls.
Held at the scenic OH Bay in Bao’an, the week-long music event features over 20 renowned local and international musicians who will present their work through a variety of platforms, including live concerts, art installations, and interactive workshops.
These performances offer a unique blend of traditional Chinese music, modern pop, and original compositions from both sides of the Pearl River Estuary, highlighting the diverse cultural tapestry of the GBA.
The event also marks the launch of the “2024 Maybe Shenzhen” summer tourism promotion project.
