A.外国人在中国境内工作应当取得工作许可。

B.外国人在中国境内工作应当申请Z字签证。获准入境完成工作任务的外国人，应到中国驻外使馆、领馆或者外交部委托的其他驻外机关申请Z字签证。

C.办理工作类居留证件。来华工作30日内（含30日）的短期工作人员，按工作证明上注明的工作期限工作，并在

Z字签证中注明的停留期停留。工作期限超过30日的短期工作人员，按工作证明上注明的工作期限工作，并持工作证明、Z字签证等证明材料到公安机关办理停留期为90日的工作类居留证件。来华工作90日以上的，入境后30日内向工作单位所在地外国人来华工作管理部门申领《外国人工作许可证》，按照标注的有效期在华工作。其中，外国文艺表演团体、个人可持工作证明和Z字签证等证明材料到演出举办单位注册地或首次演出所在地公安机关办理居留手续。已取得居留证件的外国演员在国内其他演出地演出，不再重复办理居留手续。

D.《外国人工作许可证》有效期届满30日前，应当向工作单位所在地外国人来华工作管理部门提出延期申请。

E.若个人信息（姓名、护照号、职务）等事项发生变更的，应自变更事项发生之日起10个工作日内，向工作单位所在地外国人来华工作管理部门申请变更。

B.Foreigners engaged in work in China should procure a Z visa. Those granted entry to fulfill work obligations in China must apply for a Z visa at the Chinese embassy, consulate, or other diplomatic missions authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

C.Processing work-related residence permits: Short-term workers with a duration within 30 days (inclusive of 30 days) must abide by the employment certificate's stipulated duration and remain as indicated in the Z visa.

Individuals working for periods exceeding 30 days must follow the employment certificate's tenure and furnish evidence of employment, Z visa, and other requisites to the public security bureau to obtain a work-related residence permit valid for 90 days. Those working in China for over 90 days need to apply for a "Foreigner's Work Permit' from the foreigner working management department in their employer's location within 30 days of entry, adhering to the specified validity period. Foreign art performance groups or individuals can pursue residency procedures at the local public security bureau at the performance organizer's registration site or the initial performance location, presenting proof of employment and Z visa. Foreign actors who possess residence permits are no longer required to reapply for residency when performing in different parts of the country.

D.Submit an extension application to the management department in charge of foreigners working in China where the workplace is located 30 days before the Foreigner's Work Permit expiration.

E.In case of personal information or other changes (name, passport number, and position), update details with the management department in charge of foreigners working in China where the workplace is located within 10 working days of the change date.
