Without further ado, plan a trip to Hong Kong’s southern coastal resorts, where the summer is truly heating up! This holiday season, Ocean Park Hong Kong and Water World Ocean Park are making a splash with a wave of summer fun. Get ready for an unforgettable experience filled with animal encounters, thrilling rides, special performances, and exciting water activities.
With Ocean Park opening daily starting in July, visitors can enjoy the park’s latest Summer Splash 2024 special event running through Aug. 25. Highlights include talent shows featuring high-difficulty performances, street dance fiestas, music parties, and the Gala of Lights night show.
At the 20 animal attractions around the park, visitors can encounter a wide array of animal species, including giant pandas, red pandas, meerkats, Pacific walruses, silvery spotted seals, Arctic foxes, penguins, sloths, sharks, dolphins, sea lions, and jellyfish. They will also have the chance to engage in face-to-face interactions with the animals.
For those planning an overnight holiday, be sure to add Water World to your itinerary. The park’s “Presented by AEON Card: Water World Ocean Park — Frenzy Summer Party Time” special event runs through Sept. 1, offering an array of exciting water activities for adventurers of all ages.
Additionally, two internationally renowned hotels — Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel and The Fullerton Ocean Park Hong Kong — are situated next to Ocean Park and Water World, respectively. Both hotels provide a range of accommodation, recreational and dining options to suit all visitors’ needs.
