To offer highly efficient services for enterprises, Pingshan District has launched an online platform ( https://zqztc.szpsq.org.cn/ ) for companies to access information on preferential policies and apply for financial support.

The platform, with a clear and concise interface, is known for its convenience in application, intelligent approval processes, accurate decision-making, and integrated management. It encompasses all the subsidy polices in Pingshan, providing a calculator for enterprises to easily determine the amount of subsidies that they qualify for by inputting relevant keywords. Some subsidies can be applied for with just one click, and enterprise staffers can track the application progress on their mobile phones. In cases where document submission is required during the application, enterprises can upload the documents directly.
According to Government Services and Data Management Bureau of Pingshan District, the platform utilizes advanced information technologies, such as artificial intelligence, and electronic signatures and stamps, to streamline the subsidy application process, and government staff's examination and approval. Users can seek guidance from a chatbot and use the search engine on this platform.
A data sharing system within the platform allows for autofill of most application forms and reuse of submitted enterprise documents for various subsidy applications. Electronic IDs and licenses uploaded on other government platforms are also accepted, saving users' time during the application.
“In the past, we were unaware of all the subsidy policies and missed out on some opportunities. Moreover, submitting application documents on site was time-consuming, and understanding the application progress was challenging. Nowadays, it only takes two to three minutes to apply for subsidies on Pingshan's online platform, making it incredibly convenient,” said an employee from a technology company.
“Previously, applications required stamps on hundreds of pages, which was tedious and often resulted in unclear stamps. Now, with the use of electronic signatures and stamps on this platform, each stamp is clear and standardized, offering immense convenience,” said Mr. Lin from a local logistics company.
