Running through Sunday, the 13th China International New Media Short Film Festival has received 4,426 entries from 116 countries and regions. Founded in Shenzhen in 2010, the annual festival is the only State-recognized international short film festival in China. It aims to encourage the creation of outstanding new media short films across the globe.
