Shenzhen Real Estate Registration Service pilots 'Proximity Service'

Residents and businesses in Shenzhen can now apply for real-estate property certificates at five community service centers in Futian District.

The Shenzhen Real Estate Registration Center has extended its registration service windows to five community centers in Fubao Subdistrict, creating a new model for convenient services.

With this pilot program, citizens and businesses no longer need to make appointments. Instead, they can visit directly one of the designated community service centers that offer the service. At the “One-stop Service” platform of "Shenzhen Real Estate Registration," they can complete the application process online by following instructions. The property certificates will be delivered directly to the applicants’ designated address via EMS after they are processed. The processing times are consistent with those applied at offline registration windows.
