South African president Cyril Ramaphosa, who is in China for the 2024 Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and a state visit, paid a one-day visit to Shenzhen yesterday. China has remained South Africa’s largest trade partner globally for 15 consecutive years while South Africa has been China’s biggest trade partner in Africa for 13 years in a row.
