The 2024 Qianyuan Autumn Cultural Tourism (Shenzhen) Promotion Week was launched at Wanda Plaza in Longgang District on Saturday afternoon.
Building on the popular autumn tourism resources and unique features of Qingyuan, the event showcased a variety of selected tourism options and attractive policies for visitors, inviting Shenzhen residents to experience the cultural charm of the city.
Stalls showcasing Qingyuan’s specialties and tourism resources were set up at the venue.
Qingyuan, located in northern Guangdong Province, is renowned for its stunning natural scenery and rich cultural heritage. Nestled amidst lush mountains and vibrant rivers, this charming city offers a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, river rafting, and hot spring bathing, making it a paradise for nature enthusiasts.
Additionally, visitors can immerse themselves in local cultural experiences, such as traditional cuisine, vibrant markets, and folk customs that reflect the region’s deep-rooted history. With its blend of scenic beauty and cultural richness, Qingyuan promises an unforgettable experience for travelers seeking both adventure and relaxation.
At the event, the Qingyuan tourism authority unveiled a series of beneficial policies for tourists. Self-driving visitors entering Qingyuan from the expressway can have one person visit designated scenic spots for free by presenting valid expressway toll receipts.
