Artistic chairs transform mall into playground

In celebration of its second anniversary, the MixC Sungang in Luohu District has introduced a unique addition to its landscape by placing eight types of creatively designed chairs throughout the property, turning the mall into a playground for shoppers.

Designed by Gu Tian, these chairs serve a dual purpose, transcending their conventional function as furniture to embody metaphors of relationships and a carefree outlook on life. Visitors will encounter innovative designs such as elongated chairs resembling origami structures, a round table surrounded by chairs featuring elements of kitchen utensils, and a playful assembly of horse-shaped seats in a circle, appearing as a whimsical merry-go-round.
