The Exit-Entry Administration Unit of the Nanshan District Public Security Bureau has taken steps to bring its service platform closer to businesses in order to address the talent needs of local enterprises.
A special team has been formed to focus exclusively on serving enterprise talent, following extensive consultations with local businesses regarding foreign talent, business visas, and other cross-border services.
This team actively visits companies to provide on-site services, delivering a comprehensive "policy package" and "toolkit" for exit-entry services directly to enterprises. They offer a one-stop service for employees, including "consultation, review, and processing," to facilitate the acquisition of permits in a convenient manner.
"Our goal is to ensure that employees transition from 'having to run once' to 'not needing to run at all,'" said the head of the Exit-Entry Administration Unit of the Nanshan District Public Security Bureau. "We aim to eliminate the 'last mile' of service delivery."
The Exit-Entry Administration Unit has effectively utilized its capabilities to provide targeted services to enterprises. To date, they have conducted eight special events focused on talent permit services, assisting five local universities and serving over 280 individuals in need of talent-related documents.
