Located along the Taizi Bay in Shekou, K11 ECOAST Art and Cultural District by the Sea encompasses a total construction area of 228,500 square meters. It features cultural and retail landmark K11 ECOAST, multifunctional cultural space K11 HACC, next-generation office space K11 ATELIER, and the coastal Promenade. This multifaceted project blends art, culture, and nature to create a world-class coastal district that integrates cultural, commercial, and ecological elements.

The establishment of K11 ECOAST is expected to further enhance Shekou’s coastal ecological and cultural corridor, injecting new vitality into Shenzhen’s journey to becoming a world-class coastal and cultural city.

They highlighted how the project incorporates natural elements at its core, seamlessly extending the urban fabric into the coastal landscape. This approach creates a unique spatial experience that connects the city to its waterfront, allowing visitors to feel the harmonious blend of nature and the seaside within an urban context.
