Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan has partnered with the renowned bird’s nest brand, Yan Palace, to unveil an exclusive bird’s nest-themed afternoon tea. This limited-time experience, available from now until March 31, 2025, celebrates the hotel’s 9th anniversary with a luxurious and sweet retreat designed to enrich the senses. Guests are invited to enjoy an afternoon of indulgence at the hotel’s lobby lounge on the 43rd floor, savoring the delicate taste of bird’s nest and spending a serene winter afternoon together.



The afternoon tea draws inspiration from Yan Palace’s premium bird’s nest, sourced from Indonesia’s core production areas of golden swallow nests. Every bite has been meticulously crafted to showcase the delicate essence of bird’s nest while delighting the palate with an array of thoughtfully created treats. Yan Palace bird’s nest balls with Valrhona’s Ganache chocolate : The smooth richness of premium chocolate paired with the soft, refreshing texture of bird’s nest creates a luxurious, indulgent experience.


Yan Palace bird’s nest almond milk pudding with chocolate crisps: A festive-shaped dessert that combines silky almond milk pudding and crystal-clear bird’s nest, with a delightful chewy texture.
