The official website of the People’s Government of Pingshan District has secured the sixth place among Chinese districts and counties in the national government website evaluation rankings, as announced at a recent conference hosted by the China Software Test Center (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center).
This marks the fourth consecutive year that Pingshan has placed in the top 10 of this evaluation, now in its 23rd year.
The Pingshan website has been commended for its efficiency and accuracy in delivering government services to the public. The Chinese version of the site features a chatbot powered by various AI large model integrated platforms, incorporating nearly 50,000 pieces of data from other government service websites.
Users can simply input keywords or questions, and the chatbot can accurately understand their requests. For example, if users type in "compulsory education subsidies," they will receive policy explanations, application guidance, and other related information.
The chatbot operates 24/7 and provides real-time responses. It also offers personalized answers based on previous interactions with users. It will continually optimize its functions through data analysis. This instant response capability enables the Pingshan government to address citizens' inquiries and complaints without relying on human operators or phone consultations.
On the chatbot page, users can also access frequently asked questions, useful life services, policies, and previous conversations, all of which provide popular information and services at any time.
The Pingshan website’s policy platform has integrated approximately 29,000 national, provincial, municipal and district policies. With a smart tagging system, it accurately matches policies for users, facilitating precise policy positioning and targeted notifications.
For searches, the website offers intelligent prompts, allowing users to quickly find the information they need, thereby enhancing their overall experience. For essential services, such as marriage registration, the website presents a clearly organized page that includes relevant policies, required materials, application processes, and more.
