Bao'an integrates LLMs to pioneer smart governance

Bao'an District has taken a groundbreaking step in urban digital governance by integrating Tencent Hunyuan large model and DeepSeek with its privately deployed, district-specific knowledge base.

This innovative “Tencent Hunyuan + DeepSeek + Bao’an Knowledge Base” model is set to significantly enhance efficiency in government administration, enterprise services, and public welfare, ushering in a new era of intelligent urban management.

Currently, by leveraging Tencent Cloud's large-model knowledge engine, the Bao'an government knowledge base covers over 30,000 entries across 14 fields and 20 industries.

Looking ahead, Bao’an District plans to deepen its collaboration with tech giants like Tencent to harness the advantages of Tencent Hunyuan and DeepSeek, expanding applications in areas such as resident services, community management, and smart elderly care. This initiative aims to create a richer AI innovation ecosystem, further solidifying Bao’an’s position as a leader in smart city development.
