Dance has been part of my life since I was five, when my mother introduced me to classical dance. It planted a lifelong passion for movement and expression.
But later, life took an unexpected turn toward yoga — an ancient practice that, in my view, complements psychology by nurturing both body and mind.
Yoga’s ability to improve health and mental well-being inspired me to become a certified yoga teacher. My teaching approach is unique and flexible, drawing from diverse styles I learned during my travels.
To me, yoga isn’t about hitting milestones; it’s about functionality, health, connection, and becoming a better version of yourself every day.
