Pingshan District launches rent-free AI incubator

Pingshan District has introduced a rent-free artificial intelligence (AI) incubation project, designed to provide comprehensive support and services to nurture fast-growing AI companies from around the world.

The project offers comfortable office spaces with a maximum duration of three years of rent exemption. Companies will have access to a high-performance GPU computing pool at discounted rates, enabling them to train AI models and conduct research and development.

A committee composed of professionals and investors will mentor the participating companies in technological breakthroughs and business strategies to help facilitate their growth. From angel investment to pre-IPO stages, the incubator will assist companies in connecting with domestic and international investment organizations, and will also offer GDPR compliance support and cross-border data solutions to help them expand globally.

The project is seeking companies or teams that excel in technological breakthroughs, business strategy, and teamwork, particularly in cutting-edge fields such as intelligent manufacturing, smart driving, smart healthcare, smart cities, and robotics.

Companies must possess patents, user analyses, and a sustainable profit model, while teams should demonstrate strong business and technical capabilities along with a reasonable equity structure. New science and technology enterprises registered for no more than five years will receive priority consideration.
